Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NextRoof 360 website at getnextroof.com, our online quote tool, and our roofing services. Please read them carefully. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, scheduling an inspection, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services. If you enter into a written or electronic services agreement with us, that agreement controls over any conflicting term here.
2. About NextRoof 360
NextRoof 360 is a residential and commercial roofing company serving Dayton, Cincinnati, and the surrounding Ohio communities. We offer a hybrid experience: you can buy a roof online with transparent, upfront pricing, or schedule a free in-home inspection. For storm-damage work, we also inspect, document, and review your insurance carrier’s estimate. Installation is performed by NextRoof-certified crews held to our standards.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the property owner (or an authorized representative) to request services, accept a quote, or authorize work. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
4. Online quotes & instant estimates
Our online quote tool provides an estimate based on the address and roof details you enter and on third-party measurement and imagery data. Estimates are preliminary and provided for convenience. They are not a binding contractand are subject to verification. Actual measurements, roof conditions, code requirements, and material availability may differ, and the final price may change after on-site verification. Shingle previews are illustrative visualizations and may not exactly match the installed product.
5. Orders, contracts & e-signatures
A binding agreement is formed only when you review and sign (electronically or on paper) a services agreement and we accept it. By signing electronically, you consent under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law to transact electronically, to receive contracts, disclosures, and notices in electronic form, and to the use of electronic signatures and records. You may request a paper copy of any signed agreement. We may decline or cancel an order if pricing is materially incorrect, the property is inaccessible, or the work cannot be performed as described.
6. Pricing & payment
- Prices shown online are estimates; final pricing is stated in your signed agreement.
- For insurance-claim work, the work is typically billed consistent with the approved claim, and you are generally responsible for your deductible and any upgrades you choose.
- For non-claim (retail) work, we offer transparent, upfront pricing for the work directly.
- Prices may include applicable taxes and fees, and may change due to change orders, hidden conditions discovered during work (e.g., deck damage), or scope changes you request. Change orders are documented and priced before additional work proceeds.
- Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are set out in your signed agreement.
7. Free inspections
Roof inspections are provided free of charge to residential homeowners with no obligation. Findings are shared with you. The final scope of any repair or replacement is determined after inspection and, for claim work, in coordination with your insurance carrier.
8. Insurance claim work
You file and control your own insurance claim and settlement. We are roofing contractors, not public adjusters — we do not file claims, negotiate supplements, or act on your behalf with your carrier. For storm-damage work we inspect honestly, document conditions, and review your carrier’s estimate so you are not underpaid. We do not use Assignment of Benefits (AOB) agreements. We do not guarantee that your carrier will approve a claim — that decision rests solely with your carrier.
9. Scheduling & installation
Installation and inspection dates are targets and may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, and crew scheduling; we will keep you informed and confirm before work begins. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property and to temporarily relocate vehicles or fragile items as requested. Work is performed by NextRoof-certified crews held to our standards.
10. Your right to cancel
Where required by law — including for certain sales solicited at your home under the Ohio Home Solicitation Sales Act — you have the right to cancel your agreement within three (3) business days. The specific cancellation rights, deadline, and instructions that apply to your purchase are set out in the agreement you sign; those controls apply. To request cancellation, follow the instructions in your agreement or contact us at leads@getnextroof.com.
11. Warranties
We provide a workmanship warranty on installation as described in your signed agreement. Material warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer (e.g., GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed) and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and registration. Except as expressly stated in your agreement or required by law, services and website content are provided without other warranties. Warranty coverage may be voided by unauthorized alterations, failure to maintain the roof, or damage outside our work.
12. Communications & consent
By providing your phone number or email, you agree we may contact you about your quote, appointment, or project by phone, text, and email. How we handle calls and texts — including autodialer/prerecorded-call consent, call recording, and how to opt out — is described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
13. Website use & intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes only. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or overload it, or use it to infringe others’ rights. The NextRoof 360 name, logo, site content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
14. Third-party services
Our site and quote tool use third-party services (for example, mapping and measurement, shingle visualization, hosting, and communications providers) and may link to third-party sites such as your insurance carrier. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
15. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” for general information and do not constitute a professional assessment of your specific roof, which requires an inspection. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties regarding the website, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextRoof 360 and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or our obligations under a signed services agreement, which sets out the remedies for the work itself.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NextRoof 360 harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the website or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about the work itself are governed by your signed services agreement.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
