These Terms of Service govern your use of the NextRoof 360 website at getnextroof.com and our roofing and insurance-claim services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

About NextRoof 360

NextRoof 360 is a residential and commercial insurance-claim roofing company licensed in Ohio. We inspect roof damage, document it, and review your insurance carrier’s estimate. We are roofing contractors, not public adjusters, and do not file or negotiate claims on your behalf.

Free roof inspections

Roof inspections are provided free of charge to residential homeowners with no obligation. Our findings are shared in writing. Final scope of repair or replacement is determined after inspection and, where applicable, agreement with your insurance carrier.

Insurance claim work

Insurance claim handling requires your written authorization (a Letter of Representation). We do not use Assignment of Benefits agreements. You retain full control of your claim and your insurance settlement.

Estimates and pricing

Pricing ranges shown on this site are illustrative and based on typical Ohio market conditions. Final pricing is provided in writing after on-site inspection. Insurance claim work is typically billed to the carrier with the homeowner responsible only for their deductible.

Warranties

We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on installation. Material warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, etc.) and registered in your name.

Limitations

This website's content is for informational purposes. Specific advice for your roof requires an inspection. We do not guarantee insurance claim approval — that decision rests with your carrier — but we do everything within our power to maximize your settlement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes are resolved in Ohio courts.
