Roof with missing shingles exposing the underlayment, needing repair
Roof repair · Dayton & Cincinnati

Most roofs don't need replacing. They need fixing.

Leaks, storm damage, failed flashing, blown-off shingles. We find the real source, price the repair upfront, fix it, and show you the photos. If your roof is genuinely done, we'll tell you that too.

Water coming in right now? Call us — we tarp same-day.

How it works

Find it, price it, fix it, prove it.

Step 1

We find the actual source

Water travels. The stain on your ceiling is almost never under the hole. We inspect every slope, photograph what we find, and trace the leak back to where it really starts.

Step 2

You get a written price first

One number, in writing, before any work begins. It covers what we found and what it takes to fix it, so nobody calls you halfway through with a new total.

Step 3

We fix it and prove it is dry

We make the repair, water-test the area, and send you photos of the cause and the finished work. Every repair carries our workmanship warranty.

Repair or replace?

The honest answer, even when it costs us the bigger job.

Plenty of roofing companies inspect a leak and quote a full replacement. Sometimes that is the right call — a roof at the end of its life, with failures on every slope, is money down the drain to keep patching.

Far more often it is not. A ten-year-old roof with one cracked pipe boot needs a pipe boot. We show you the photos, explain what we found, and let you decide with the real information in front of you.

We will not upsell you a roof

If a flashing repair holds for another eight years, that is what we will tell you. Most roofs we look at do not need replacing.

Active leak? Same-day tarping

When water is coming in, we dry it in first and repair it properly once the weather allows. Call us rather than waiting on a form.

Licensed, insured, warrantied

Fully licensed Ohio contractors, insured on every job, and a workmanship warranty on the repair itself, not just on new roofs.

Storm damage

Damage bad enough for a claim?

We document hail and wind damage properly and review your carrier's estimate so the repair is not underpaid. You file, you stay in control — we are not public adjusters.

FAQ

Roof repair questions

Answers to questions Ohio homeowners ask before scheduling an inspection.

  • How do I know if the leak needs a repair or a whole new roof?+

It comes down to whether the failure is localized. One bad flashing detail on an otherwise sound roof is a repair. Widespread granule loss, brittle shingles failing on every slope, or a deck that has been wet for years is a replacement. We inspect, photograph, and tell you which one you have.

  • How much does roof repair cost in Ohio?+

Simple fixes like a pipe boot or a few blown-off shingles are typically a few hundred dollars. Chimney re-flashing, valley work, or repairs that require opening up and drying out decking run higher. You get one written price up front covering the whole repair.

  • Can you repair my roof if it is still leaking in the rain?+

We can tarp and dry it in immediately to stop the water getting into your house, which is the urgent part. The permanent repair happens once the surface is dry enough to work on safely and for the materials to bond.

  • Will a repair match my existing shingles?+

We match as closely as the product line allows. Shingles weather over time, so a repair on a ten-year-old roof will not be invisible, but on most homes it is not noticeable from the ground. We will tell you up front if a repair will stand out.

  • Does a repair void my manufacturer warranty?+

A properly executed repair does not. Bad repairs by other contractors can, and we can usually correct that work. If your roof is still under a manufacturer warranty, tell us and we will keep the repair inside its terms.

  • How long does a roof repair take?+

Most repairs are a single visit of a few hours. Chimney re-flashing, larger storm damage, or anything requiring deck replacement can run a full day.

  • Do you charge for the inspection?+

No. The inspection, the photos, and the written assessment are free, whether you hire us or not.
