SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

These terms apply to the NextRoof 360 text messaging (SMS/MMS) program. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Program description

When you opt in, NextRoof 360 sends text messages related to your quote, appointments, and project — including a copy of your instant quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, project and scheduling updates, and replies to your questions. If you separately opt in to marketing, you may also receive occasional offers.

How you opt in

You provide express consent to receive texts by checking the messaging consent box in our online quote tool or on one of our forms, by providing your mobile number and asking us to text you, or by texting us first. We keep a record of your consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us; messages are recurring (for example, quote delivery, appointment reminders, and project updates).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. NextRoof 360 does not charge for the messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts, unless you opt in again. You may also contact us at leads@getnextroof.com or (937) 966-2141.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network and your device. Supported carriers may change.

Your privacy & your consent

We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or text-messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information we may otherwise share. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
