Why homeowners get underpaid on roof claims.
Insurance adjusters work for the carrier
Their job is to settle quickly and keep costs down — not to maximize your coverage.
Damage is easy to miss
Hail, wind, and water damage aren't always visible from the ground. Missing even one issue can cost you thousands.
Scope gaps leave money on the table
A contractor may scope $X while the adjuster approves less. Without a review, you cover the difference.

We know most major Ohio carriers.
Each carrier has its own quirks. We’ve reviewed estimates from all of these.

Not every roof qualifies for an insurance claim — and that’s okay. We’ll give you an honest inspection and transparent pricing so you can move forward with confidence.
Insurance claim questions homeowners ask.
Answers to questions Ohio homeowners ask before scheduling an inspection.
Do you file my insurance claim for me?+
No — you file the claim with your insurance company, which keeps you in control of your policy. We give you the documentation to file with, and once your carrier's adjuster sends their estimate, we review it against what we actually found on your roof.
Are you licensed public adjusters?+
No. We're licensed roofing contractors, not public adjusters. We don't negotiate your settlement or act on your behalf with the carrier. What we do is inspect honestly, document the damage, and help you understand whether your insurance estimate is complete and accurate.
What does it cost to have my estimate reviewed?+
The inspection and the estimate review are both free. There's no obligation to file a claim or to hire us for the work afterward.
What if the insurance adjuster misses damage?+
We document anything we believe was missed — with photos and measurements — so you can bring it back to your carrier and ask them to take another look. The claim and the final decision stay in your hands.
Which insurance carriers do you work with?+
We've worked alongside homeowners insured by State Farm, Allstate, Erie, Cincinnati Insurance, Grange, Nationwide, and most major Ohio carriers.
Do I have to file a claim after the inspection?+
No. If there's no claim-worthy damage, we'll tell you straight. And if paying out of pocket makes more sense, we offer transparent, upfront pricing on your new roof.
